The book for review is “More Than Just Making it: Hope for the Heart of the Financially Frustrated” by Erin Odom- The Humbled Homemaker.
Meet Erin Odom who is a wife and a mother of four. She was raised in a loving and Christian home. Her parents, even though her father was making good money, still practiced thriftiness with their money and budgeting on a level that allowed them to send their children to private schools and college.

Heading back home to North Carolina, where her parents lived, the small family moved in and learned to adjust to their new way of life.
Within this book you will find chapter after chapter of information that can be useful if you find yourself in a state of financial turmoil. It can happen to anyone and it can mentally, emotionally and physically effect you and your family.
What you will find is how to go about creating a budget, how to create a meal plan how to rely on government assistance especially when your pride keeps getting in the way and so much more.
I have read another book of Mrs. Odom and enjoyed it. This one didn’t disappoint. There were a lot of tips that I could personally use and plan to use. It may not fit all of what you need but I am sure there is some hints and advice that can help you get on stable ground with your finances making it less stressful for you your family.
I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
