“Right from the Heart” by Bryant Wright

The book up for review is “ Right from the Heart” by Bryant Wright.

This is a devotional book that lays out inspiration on a daily basis for one year. Each entry has a topic that it will be discussing followed by a scripture that is in sync with the topic. A short paragraph ensues that goes into the topic with comparison to our every day lives.

They say you can’t judge a book by its cover but this cover design was amazing. It is pleasing to the eye. If this is the type of book that you enjoy, then you will not be disappointed. The message is for topics that one might come across in one’s daily life. I as a reader have read a few devotional books and this one while it hits on key points does not stand out from the others I have read. The messages were brief and to the point and does not take much time to read. For me it was just a tad to short of a message for a daily devotional. The topic is mentioned and discussed so briefly, it leaves you wanting “ and then what….”

I received this book for free in exchange for 2 reviews.
